Terms & Condition Policies

​

• Ordering & Availability: Orders must be placed with a minimum of 3 weeks in advance (large scale orders must be placed with a minimum of 1 month in advance). *Please note - there is limited availability each week — dates are filled on a first come, first served basis. Inquiries are only responded to Mondays-Wednesdays 10am-7pm CST.

 

• Rush Orders & Short-Notice Requests: To ensure the highest quality and care, advance notice is strongly recommended. Orders placed two weeks or less before the event date are not guaranteed and, if accepted based on availability, will incur a rush fee starting at $100, increasing based on how close the order is to the event date. A quantity increase request made two weeks or less before the event date is also subject to a rush fee.

 

• Design Inspiration: Design inspiration, mood boards, and color schemes should be provided at booking or no later than one month before the event date to ensure proper planning and execution.

• Payment Policies: Orders are not confirmed until the non-refundable deposit is received. Full payment is required for orders under $500. Payment arrangements are available upon request for orders starting at $500+.

• Inquiry quotes are valid for 72 hours after sent, and must be paid within said time period. Ghosted inquiries will no longer be accommodated for future inquiries.

• All sales are final. Cancellation credit option is available for future events within 1 year of original cancelled event date.

• To maintain the integrity and value of our work, we do not participate in influencer exchanges or product-for-promotion collaborations. All orders are paid in full.

 

• Allergens & Food Safety: While my kitchen is not allergen-free, I am happy to make reasonable accommodations for certain allergies when notified at the time of booking. Please note that products may still come into contact with dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts, and cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed. By placing an order, you accept this risk. I am not responsible for allergic reactions.

 

• Storage & Care: Cakes/desserts should be stored according to provided care instructions. I am not responsible for damage caused by improper storage, heat exposure, or outdoor conditions.
